Terms of Service — Gula Tech Shorts Publisher

These terms govern use of the Gula Tech Shorts Publisher application, a private internal publishing tool operated by Gula Tech Adventures.

1. The application

Gula Tech Shorts Publisher is a command-line tool that uploads Gula Tech Adventures' own short-form video content to its own TikTok account. It runs locally on computers operated by Gula Tech Adventures and has no hosted service component.

2. Authorized use only

The application is for internal use by authorized Gula Tech Adventures personnel. It is not licensed, sold, distributed or made available to the public, and no third party is granted any right to use it.

3. Content

All video content and caption text published through the application is created or lawfully licensed by Gula Tech Adventures, which remains responsible for it. The operator is responsible for ensuring that published content complies with applicable law and with the terms of the destination platform.

4. Relationship to TikTok

The application uses TikTok's public Content Posting API. Content published through it is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and music-usage terms. Gula Tech Adventures is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.

5. Acceptable use

The application is not to be used to:

  • post content the operator does not own or have the right to publish;

  • post spam, artificially inflate activity, or evade platform rate limits;

  • post to any account the operator has not personally authorized;

  • violate TikTok's Community Guidelines or any applicable law.

6. AI-generated content

Some content published through the application features vRon, an AI-generated presenter. Such content is disclosed as AI-generated at publication, consistent with TikTok's synthetic-media labeling requirements.

7. No warranty

The application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Gula Tech Adventures makes no guarantee that it will be available, error-free, or that any upload will succeed — uploads depend on TikTok's API, which may change, rate-limit or reject content at its discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gula Tech Adventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the application.

9. Termination

Gula Tech Adventures may discontinue the application at any time. Authorization can be revoked at any time from TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this address with a revised "last updated" date.
